The Vatsalaya Project is a mental health initiative developed in collaboration with Katkatha, an NGO working with sex workers in G.B. Road, Delhi. Through this partnership, we provide psychotherapeutic support to women, children, and staff members, addressing complex emotional and psychological challenges shaped by stigma, vulnerability, and social exclusion. For over five years, the project has worked to make mental health care accessible in spaces where it is often absent. By building trust, offering consistent care, and creating safe therapeutic environments, Vatsalaya seeks to restore dignity, resilience, and hope affirming that mental health support is a fundamental right for every individual, regardless of circumstance.

We offer dedicated mental health support for selected startups, small and medium-sized organizations across the private and public sector like Pension Fund Regulatory Development Authority (Ministry of Finance) and Infeedo. Our approach focuses on providing tailored, confidential psychological support that responds to the unique needs and challenges of each organization. We believe meaningful mental health care requires trust, continuity, and genuine commitment. Therefore, we work closely with teams to create supportive environments that prioritize wellbeing. We remain intentional and selective in collaborating with corporate organizations, choosing to step away from tokenistic employee wellbeing initiatives and instead focusing on partnerships that value depth, integrity, and lasting impact.
