Psychotherapy also known as talk therapy is a time bound safe space where the clinical psychologist/psychotherapist and patient /client collaborate to help reach a better self. Psychotherapy can happen in different modalities – Individual , Couples’, Family and Group.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one on one process between the therapist and the individual. It aims at bringing in change at the psychic level of an individual, which gets reflected in behavioural, emotional and cognitive selves of the individuals. It improves quality of life of an individual by helping the individual deal with issues they are finding difficult to work through alone. 

Individual therapy helps you deal with issues like,

Couples' Therapy

Couples’ therapy helps partners identify and resolve issues in their relationship.  It is also known as marital therapy, marriage counseling and marriage therapy. It is includes contemporary arrangements of relationships as well – Live-in partners, partners in long distance relations, and same sex relationships

Family Therapy

Psychiatry is a branch of medicine which addresses mental health issues through medication. Psychiatrist do clinical diagnosis and prescribe medications. Psychiatric consultation can help with issues like,

Psychological Assessments

Psychotherapy is a professional services offered by a clinical psychologist. Each psychotherapy session is 50 minutes long. Depending on the nature of concern and suitability, the course of some therapies run  into months, while some other are long term and run into years.  In these sessions you can expect yourself to build better understanding about your self – feelings/emotions, thoughts, behaviour and relational patterns from the past or present. Using different methods and techniques, therapy help you to work through your issues to bring about a change in self and thus a state of stability. It requires commitment and regularity to the process on your part.

We follow the following steps during pandemic.

  1. You reach out to us through email or phone
  1. 15 minutes free telephonic consultation to understand your requirement with one of our team members.
  1. We will match your requirements with a clinical psychologist from our team. We will share the contact details of the professional with you. You will directly reach the professional and you can mutually decide on a time slot with your therapist.
  1. You therapist will mail you a link of consent form and information sheet about therapy. You will need to fill a consent form. All sessions are done online due to pandemic.
  1. Appointment meeting link will be shared for a mutually agreed time.
  1. On the day of appointment, a payment link will be generated and mailed to you for you to make the payment for the session.
  1. Each session will be 50 minutes long.

Our fee per session ranges from Rs1,500 to Rs 3,500. Payment has to be completed before the start of your session through a payment link that will be shared with you.

We follow 24 hours prior cancellation. Cancellations done after that will be charged for full session. No show sessions are also charged as full session.

Both clinical psychologists and psychiatrists are mental health professionals who work in team with each other to offer better mental health care. Clinical Psychologist is an M.Phil. trained in clinical psychology from RCI licenced mental health institutes. They may study further to super specialise through a PhD and Post-Doctoral fellowship/program. They offer psychological intervention in form of psychological assessments and talk therapy. Psychiatrists are medical doctors who is a Diploma in Psychiatric Medicine (DPM) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) in psychiatry from an MCI licenced Mental Health Institute. They do clinical diagnosis and pharmacological treatment for mental health issues.
