Therapy for the therapist
Every professional joining Neev MH is expected to undergo their personal therapy. We support this process by partially sponsoring the therapy.
Peer Support
Group of professionals working here are often attached to a mentor, who watches out for the other in terms of RCI licensing, indemnity policy or just offering peer support on other fronts.
Self-Care
Only when we take care of ourselves, can we take care of our patients. We offer mandatory 15 days annual leave for professionals, apart from casual and sick leaves.
Supervision
We follow the practice of supervision for all professionals working with us. We facilitate one to one supervision.
Reading Groups
We keep bi-weekly reading groups, where professionals review a book, journal article or a seminal work.
Training and conferences
We encourage professionals to undergo regular training programs to keep up with the global standards. We organize in house training for all and sponsor any specialized training as per professional interests. We also encourage professionals to present their insights from their practice at national and international conferences to build and share knowledge around their area of interest.
